When you purchase a whole or half hog from Ramsey Heritage Farms, you’re not just buying pork—you’re investing in an animal that will be processed specifically for you. That’s where the cut sheet comes in. A cut sheet allows you to customize how your hog is processed by the butcher. Instead of receiving a standard box of pre-selected cuts, you get to choose exactly how you want your meat prepared.
